A. Each creator has a specific dispatch time, which is mentioned under shipping & returns tab on product page. It might also be mentioned in the key pointers (short description) on the product page. Kindly check the dispatch time mentioned by each creator to know by when your order will be shipped. Also, you can contact the creator from the vendor tab on product page, if required.
A. The delivery of your order depends on the delivery destination. You can further check the shipping policy to know the standard time taken for various destinations. Moreover every creator has a unique style of creating the product therefore we strongly recommend you to thoroughly go through the shipping and returns policy for each product before placing the order. Dispatch time (as mentioned in above question) and transit time (as per shipping policy & origin city) need to be added to find out when a particular order will get delivered. Origin city of each creator will be mentioned under shipping and returns tab on product page.
A. All prepaid deliveries come free of cost however an additional charge of Rs. 75/- is levied for COD.
A. You can track your order by following the shipment details shared via an email from our end. Also, when shared via mail they are updated on your customer dashboard too.

A. In case you have ordered multiple products from different creators then there is quite a possibility that you will receive your order in parts. Since creators are based out at different locations and accordingly the transit time, dispatch time etc. vary.
A. Ordered for a handmade or made to order product, expect a longer dispatch time. Kindly note that you are buying handcrafted products straight from the creators therefore the dispatch time might be more for certain products. We have mentioned everything required with clarity, so that buyer can take an informed decision.

A. Every creator’s ultimate aim is to bring smile to the customer’s face however in case the creator feels that he/she is unable to do justice to the product ordered by you due to unforeseen circumstances then the creator can do so. A creator is given a 2 hours window from the time you place your order or 2 hrs post 9am (if order is placed between 10pm to 6am), to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. We try to keep such cancellations to a minimum.

A. A refund is initiated once the product is received by the creator. Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Bank Accounts (NEFT) or Net Banking. Kind read our return policy to understand the same in detail. Feel free to contact us in case of any further query.
A. Every product is a result of creator’s passion, hard work and creativity endowed. They always try to offer the best quality since for them every product is unique due to its handcrafted and made to order nature. Even then if you are not happy with the product received then we request you to fill in the form on the returns page explaining in detail about what made you unhappy in the product. The right and honest feedback will help us and the creators to work better.

A. You can cancel you order from cancel your order option in your dashboard or you can simply Contact
Us to help you further. In case of cancellation, transaction charges will be deducted from the refund.
However , if cancellation request has come after product being dispatched then all losses will be borne
by the Buyer (Not the Creator).
A. Yes, we do arrange for reverse pickups. In case reverse pick up facility is not available in the given pin code / Creator has not opted for it, then we would request the customer to do the same.

A. Yes, we do customize it for you since we understand that customizations are integral for handcrafted and made to order products. Customization information will be mentioned by the Creator on the product page.
If not then kindly contact Creator through their profile under the Vendor tab (on Product page). Customization information will not be provided by the Creator if they are not readily providing customizing, hence they will have to be individually contacted for the same.

If a product or offering of your choice is unavailable then you can directly approach the creator by messaging them (through their profile under the vendor tab) to know about the availability of the said product. There is a message option available on every product page (under Vendor tab) as well as on Creator profile.
A. We are an online shop hosting creators from different locations and the prices have been fixed by the creators themselves. Due to the limited availability and uniqueness of every creation, their handcrafted or made to order nature, you might find certain products to be highly priced.
A. The Home Page mentions the first purchase discount of 10% at the top. Further the price discounts are mentioned on the products to ensure that they are not missed by the customers.
Placement of order
A. For buyer’s convenience, different modes of payment are available like credit/debit card, payment wallet, net banking, cash on delivery etc. In case you have placed order for a customized product then COD option is not available therefore we suggest you to go through the shipping and returns policy on each product page before finally placing the order.
A. We request you to kindly check your spam/junk folder once. If the mail is found then kindly mark it as Not Spam. If mail has not been received altogether then one of the following could have happened:
1) Payment has been received but due to network issue, email could not be sent. In such a case, we suggest you to wait for few hours and allow the system to sort it out itself or else we will intervene manually (when we are operational next) and re-generate our order confirmation email.
2) Payment was not successfully registered by the payment gateway. In such a case, the payment will be refunded back to the payment mode used. Your money is safe and will reflect in your respective account soon.

A. Yes!! We understand. In case the creator is unavailable to work for a particular period then their respective shop goes inactive for that duration till further intimation from your end.
A. Congratulations for the beginning. We suggest you to be really particular about the delivery time as committed by you. Please ensure that the product is dispatched as soon as the order is received or within the committed timeline. Once you are ready to dispatch the order, kindly log onto your creator account and mark the said order as ready for dispatch, it will be explained to you during the on boarding process and a video regarding the Creator dashboard will be shared with you. If still there are questions then feel free to Contact Us.
A. This depends, firstly if you are taking our courier services and then on the status of the product shared by you i.e. if you mark the package status as ready for dispatch before 11am then the package will be picked on the same day between 2pm to 7pm by the courier personnel. Further in case if the courier personnel faces any difficulty, he will coordinate with you. However in case he is unable to communicate with you then the pickup might be delayed by a day or so. So make sure you do not miss the courier pick up person’s call (at least till he gets familiar with your pick up location).
A. Quality and timely service is what we strive for. Please ensure that you inform us on priority basis in case for some reason the dispatch deadline committed by you cannot be met. In turn we will inform the customer on your behalf. In case the customer is comfortable with the delayed timeline then you may proceed ahead in dispatching the order at a later date.
A. In case the creator has decided to discontinue the production of any product then the same needs to be made inactive prior hand so that the respective product is removed from the creator shop. In this case, we will apologise to the customer on your behalf. We suggest you to offer some goodie or discount to the customer for the discomfort caused.
A. In such a case, the product can be defined and images of few variants can be posted online. We will provide you with a customization box (above the cart button) where the customers can fill in their requirements and further communicate with you basis the customized options defined by you like text, colour etc
A. We follow 4 payout days in a month cycle i.e. every friday (if there are 4 Friday’s in a month). As per the return policy for the customers, they are given a 7 days return window therefore once the 7 days returns window is over, we would consider the sale to be complete and immediately initiate release of your payment on the coming payout day of the same month.
For instance, in case the sale is considered to be completed on 3rd of the month then the payment would be released on Friday following the 3rd. Generally, the payment will take 3-4 working days to reflect in your bank account.
A. The standard return policy is updated on the Returns Page. However the creators are allowed to add to the return policy aligned with the nature of their product under shipping and returns tab on the product page.
Kindly note that the returns policy page has certain predefined return acceptance parameters that are mandatory to be maintained by the creators all the time.
